Hello Jason,
There is nothing that stops you from doing this. However, your webserver
wont get port 80 on the PL machines. If that's not a show stopper, then
you should just proceed.
Given your email address I doubt this should be a concern, but please
make sure that no one uses your bittorrent instance as a means to
advertise illegal content. You will saves yourself and us a huge amount
of headache.
