If you only need one node with the tomcat server, just run it on your
own workstation (or another local machine that you have access to). That
might be the easiest step.

	Hello Planetlab users, 

	We are working on an adaptation of BitTorrent, and would like to
deploy the tracker servlets for scrapes and announces.  Is it allowed or
possible to deploy tomcat as a webserver on a Planetlab machine?  We
only need it for the one machine that is the tracker/broker, not the
clients, but I am not sure if there is some already available way to
deploy, or something easier we hadn't considered.
