[Planetlab-users] Code to generate the PL world map

I had used the images, e.g. from
http://www.cs.princeton.edu/nsg/planetlab/visualizer/distributions/Planetlab
Image.zip

On 'stretched' maps like these, one can just do linear interpolation of the
lat/lon and plot the points,
