[Planetlab-users] Questions about PlanetLab node hardware support

Hi all,

Our lab going to upgrade our planetlab nodes.
We've got several questions while choosing hardwares.

1) How many CPUs does the planelab node OS supprots?
 We're thinking 2 Quad Core xeon if it can be utilized.

2) How much size of the RAM does the planetlab  node OS supports?
  We're considering 8GB of RAM, but we're not sure 8GB is supported
and necessary.

3) What is the major performance bottleneck in the planetlab node?
 Since we have limited amount of money,
 it would be better to know where we should spend more money on.

 Please give me any comments/recommendation on choosing hardware.
