[Planetlab-users] Bandwidth limitations for a slice

Hi all,
I am a new user of planetlab.
I would like to set bandwidth limitations for my slice,
but when I entered the slice management page, I found that I can not set
the attribute "net_max_rate" for my slice.

The PI of our site have wroted a python program to set the attribute, but
it still doesn't work. My log-in role is "user", and my PI's
login-roles are "PI",
"user" and "Technical contact", neither of us can set this attribute.
It seems that only the user with log-in role "admin" can set the
max-rate attribute,
but we don't know who the person is... Is "admin" the whole system's maintainer?
