[Planetlab-users] Tuntap support

Hi,

I've checked in and tagged the changes required to make tuntap work,
and that Andreas confirmed a few days ago. They'll take effect when
the next RC gets deployed.

Just to be safe, if you require this feature, could you first use it
on the following (alpha) nodes for a few days? I think 3-4 days of
testing ought to be enough to warrant PlanetLab-wide use of the
feature.
