[Planetlab-users] Summary of virtual-network related issues

Hi Sapan
These are just UDP probing packets. The packets are continoulsy sent few
seconds a part. The response of the probe is utilized to measure the round
trip and one way latency. The payload of UDP packet is 16 bytes.
The libpcap filter can capture the outgoing packets being sent to a peer,
but the incoming packets received from the other peer remain unnoticed.
Although, I can verify that the packets are being received at the socket
end of my application.
