[Planetlab-users] is mailman interface dead?

hi,

according to http://www.planet-lab.org/lists, there is a mailman
interface for the lists. however, when i click it, it just shows some
fedora-apache test page (see https://lists.planet-lab.org/).

is it meant to be dead permanently or it just does that temporarily?
