I'm not on the operations staff, but if I had to venture
a guess, your slice's suspension might have something to
do with the fact that thu1.6planetlab.edu.cn has been dead
for 100 days, and thu2.6planetlab.edu.cn has been that way
for 19 days. After some cutoff, a site's slices get disabled
if the site doesn't maintain its own nodes.
