Dear Sir:

      I am doing research in network coordinate system.I use the data  
from your website.
I find something strange in the data that there are some measurement logically
unacceptable.For instance, the latency between node 58 and 177 is  
4729, however, the
latency between 177 and 58 is 13. I wanna filter out the wrong data.  
So I wanna know how
much the largest communication latency should be in the network?
