[Planetlab-users] new site

Hello,

I registered for a new site a few months ago and I never knew my registration was successful until I received two notices that my privileges have been reduced totally.  Now I want to setup computers to contribute to get my privileges up, except I can't download software for my site (I think) until I can login.  I have forgotten my password and resetting the password only works if your account is enabled (which I think I lost that when my privileges were reduced).

Can anyone help me on this?  I email the support address but haven't received a reply.
