[Planetlab-users] how to automate installation of software on
PlanetLab nodes

Hi John,
Thanks for your message. Yes, I would like to explore if Raven can help me
automate my installation process. Please note that during some sub-steps of
the manual installation I needed to compile the source of some packages
(e.g. apr, apr-util, libtool, activemqcpp) on the target PlanetLab node. Do
you think Raven fits to my requirement? I visited the introduction page at
http://raven.cs.arizona.edu/projects/project/wiki/RavenIntro . However,
could not become sure.
