[Planetlab-users] Ping or iPerf in Planetlab Nodes

Hello.

I am using planetlab to measure throughput across different sites. I am
using iperf for my experiment. I am able to run nodes in server mode but not
in client mode, as in i am not able to send packets out of the node to any
other server across the world. Its not only iperf, i am not able to ping
even google from the nodes. Is it the same for all users as in a restriction
to generate packets out of the nodes?  or am i missing out on something
here? Please help.
