When I try login to www.planet-lab.org , the following is feedback error :
Unable to connect to database
This either means that the database information in your settings.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the PostgreSQL database server. This could mean your hosting provider's database server is down.
The PostgreSQL error was: pg_connect() [<a href='function.pg-connect'>function.pg-connect</a>]: Unable to connect to PostgreSQL server: could not connect to server: Connection refused Is the server running on host "db.planet-lab.org" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
Currently, the database is drupal, the username is pgsqluser, and the database server is db.planet-lab.org.
Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure you have the correct database name?
Are you sure that the database server is running?
For more help, see the Installation and upgrading handbook. If you are unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your hosting provider.
