Hi Henry,

Eventually we'll set things up so that PlanetLab users can access VINI
via their PlanetLab account... but we're not there yet. Currently you
need to request a separate VINI account at www.vini-veritas.net. Send
me a mail after you register for an account and I'll approve you.

Thanks for offering to contribute a VINI node! What are the machine
specs, and what kind of connectivity will it have? As you probably
know, one of the goals of VINI is to enable long-running deployment
studies of networking experiments that ship large amounts of real
traffic. Our current VINI nodes in Internet2 and NLR have 1Gb/s
dedicated bandwidth between adjacent nodes... what are your thoughts
about how much bandwidth is available/acceptable for use by your local
VINI node?

Andy
