[Vini-users] About 'private' or ' Local' VINI Environment deployment

Hi, folks.
   I want to deploy VINI environment for my research work, but I can't get the instruction about how to deploy a "Local" or "private" VINI, just like myPLC is a "private" PlanetLab. And then I try to Register an account for installing the VINI node (download from http://www.vini-veritas.net/download/VINI-BootCD-3.3.usb), but my register apply had been denied.
	How can I do? May be someone can help me.
